A well-known UK-based travel business (selling airline tickets, Hajj & Umrah, and vacation packages) is searching for sales representatives for an incoming international call center in Lahore.
issuing tickets, making date changes, canceling flights, and reissuing them while having a solid understanding of manual fare calculations in case refunds are necessary.
- The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- The applicant must have one year of experience working in an English-speaking call center.
- Follow up with the consumer to ensure that all sales services are paid for.
- Plan, outline, organize, and sell itineraries for trip packages and advertising incentives provided by various travel companies.
- Give them booklets and publications with travel-related information, such as rules for foreign countries, local customs, and tourist attractions.
- Keep abreast of changes to visa regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Cross-selling various tours, accommodations, modes of transportation, and sightseeing by advising them on appropriate selections based on their needs and budget.
- Keep abreast of any recent developments regarding upcoming availability and the status of each excursion and package.
- ensuring that every piece of information is entered into the system in accordance with the company's SOPs
- In order to ensure the quality of the services and raise the likelihood of repeat business, stay in touch with the customer before, during, and after the transaction.
- Good geographical understanding, including knowledge of country capitals, airline hubs, city codes, airport codes, and routing. interacting with customers and airlines.
Skills Required:
- Available in Gal, Saber, or Worldspan.
- Excellent customer service abilities and fluency in English are required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have great typing speed.
- The applicant must be organized and have a strong work ethic.
- Dealing with consumers from all over the United Kingdom via phone calls, emails, web/WhatsApp chats, etc., is part of the essence of the job.
- Must be able to work independently and with other team members when necessary.
