Main Responsibility
- In collaboration with the Superior, this person is in charge of creating the annual plant maintenance plan as well as the operating and capital budgets for maintenance.
- responsible for completing work quickly while preserving quality.
- Create metrics in terms of man hours for routine tasks.
- implementation of service letters and technical bulletins pertinent to the selected site.
- To create a committed and aggressive workforce for plant electrical maintenance
- Perform any additional tasks imposed over the term by the maintenance manager.
- Create and put into effect standard O&M policies and procedures in accordance with Wärtsilä specifications.
- In order to maintain the plant's infrastructure and machinery in a safe and effective operational state at all times, oversee the electrical maintenance crew.
- help the superior with the overhaul scheduling.
- Provide the plant maintenance team and contractor staff with schedules for regular operation times, planned outages, and forced outages.
- accountable for establishing and upholding the requirements for personnel training pertaining to maintenance.
- Establish, administer, and oversee all power plant maintenance activities utilizing comprehensive quality management methodologies, including:planned upkeep on the engines and auxiliary systems.
- Auxiliary and unscheduled engine maintenance
- management of plant inventories
- maintaining records
- Spare parts inventory management and quality control
- management of the maintenance history
- to maintain and repair every instrument, PLC control system, LV, MV, and HV switchgear, as well as every piece of electrical equipment in the power plant and related facilities.
